Yosemite Spring Sunset

I was able to take a wonderful trip with a group of great photographers, and nice people too! Don Smith, Mike Hall, and Pierre. This was an incredible experience and was a unique opportunity to visit one of the most beautiful sights on the planet - Yosemite, California. This is a view from Sentinel Dome looking east with Half Dome to the left hand side, Nevada Falls to the center of the frame, and Mount Starr King - the granite mountain in the middle right hand side, all backed up by the high crest of the Sierra Nevada Range. The falls were booming in all areas of the park.

I got to visit Yosemite for the first time last summer. You are right about it being one of the most beautiful sights. And you have one of the most beautiful photographs of that site. Wow!

Fantastic Scott! Just wonderful. I love the fact that there is a lot going on here to see, yet the composition is clean and "simple".
