This is a composite of 3 images combined as an HDR image. This photo was taken at a vista point just below Glen Canyon Dam - Lake Powell in Page, Arizona. This location is just a few miles upriver from the famous Horseshoe Bend.

this is one stunning photograph! it's well composed with good visiona and perspective and what i like the most is that you have retained enough of a natural look and colours to be able to relate to the scene... what you have also done is ensured that all details are sharp and visible and this increases the scope and depth of this photo!
